4. The only small complaint would be that there is no elevator, so if you are staying with large and or heavy bags it might be best to request a ground floor room.

8. On complaint, the next day, the shift manager could not say the words 'sorry, we made a mistake', instead he made himself look like a total fool, in trying to cover up his staff's errors.

10. One small complaint is that the rooms weren't very spacious but given that we didn't spend huge amounts of time therein this wasn't a significant problem.
