1. When we arrived at the Doubletree in Anaheim I was not expecting much as last time I stayed in a hotel near Disneyland it was an old motel that was updated but smelled of the 70s, cost a lot of money but was run down, not very clean.

5. Hotel is VERY clean, rooms and halls smell fresh, staff is friendly, bathroom amenities is from nutregena and beds are wonderfully soft and comfortable.

6. The hotel is gorgeous - the room was very nice however the bathroom was not very clean and actually needed to be scrubbed down - orange color mold on the shower wall and silicone grout and smelled like mold - so that was gross - especially considering it is a newer hotel - open less than a year.

8. We sort of got used to the smell but I would strongly suggest to those who do not want smoking room to double/triple/quadruple confirm that you have a non-smoking room.

9. Even the bellhop who helped us with the luggage commented on the smell of the room - he asked us if that is what we wanted and made the suggestion that we go back down to the front desk and talk to someone about it.
