1. I was disappointed by a lack of wireless internet access as this was a business trip.

4. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was always clean and stocked with towels, and the restaurant was quite good for breakfeast, if lacking a little in the fruit/veg departments - I love a fresh banana or apple in the morning.
