The glass on the door was cracked, the corridors were dark and dingy, the shower finish was peeling, the shower was backed up, the door didn't lock easily, the tv was outdated and had maybe 10 channels at best, the top comforter on the bed was gritty and dirty, the sheets and pillows were hard, the staff was unfriendly.
