1. My first room was very dated, loud, and missing its minifridge- (I thought all modern hotels had these); my second room was much nicer- king bed (although one side of the bed was flat/leaking- select comfort), nice couch, minifridge, microwave, flat screen TV.

5. the hotel is very dated, the exterior is showing wear in numerous places: chipped stucco exterior, water stained walls, etc.
