1. We did see a problem in one room that was broken into - BUT the people actually wrote their room number on the room keycard and then lost it at the Water Park - DUMB.

9. lamps and interior looked definitly old - but the part which annoys me is that it is not maintained:Light bulbs not replaced for the entires stay on the most obvious places (bathroom, lamp next to bed), electrical power outlet broken, some small finger could reach in, wallpaper came (in small pieces of several square inches off the wall, etc.

10. I said to him that the bed was beyond broken and could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, that the shower pressure problem was still not fixed and the phone had not been replaced.
