Pool and spa is not functioning, access to room parking is through an alley of construction activity, parking lot is dim and bulbs are burned out (I was seriously concerned about vehicle safety), sliding door locking bar was barely attached and left me with a feeling of insecurity (ground floor room), air conditioning only had a high speed that was very loud throughout the night.
