1. The hotel was loud and crowded, we had kids knocking on our door and running, loud music, the hot tub was broken, there was vomit and bottles left in the stairwell for the entire of our stay (the elevators were too crowded to use), the room floor was dirty, the room service was overpriced for what you get, there was vomit left next to our car (you wonder if anyone cleans the building and if they have any security at all), and manager's only offer was to not charge us for the nights we didn't stay?? Us and a few other people ended up checking out early.

2. The Hyatt Regency is a fine hotel and typical of what you'd expect to find in a large, downtown, convention-style hotel: overpriced with nice rooms, lots of shops on main floor, good conference facilities, etc.

3. I would rather drive a little more to the Convention Center and pay $6 for parking than pay for overpriced lodging and parking.

6. Lobby has Starbucks, juice bar, regular bar, a few shops and McGrath's restaurant which in my opinion is completely overpriced for the quality of the food.
