1. When I expressed my irritation and said I was a Gold member, suddenly a room was available but my upgrade was declined and there was no coffee maker available.

2. One minor irritation was the fact that they didn't sell (or lend) adapter plugs for overseas guests (so I could use my laptop and recharge phone etc) this was disappointing given that I was a delegate at a major convention held at the hotel every year.

3. A source of irritation is the nickel and diming: $10 a day for WIFI, $12 a day to park, no paper, and no breakfast.
