1. As a frequent business traveler, my business often brings me to and keeps me in Albuquerque, so I have virtually lived at the hotel for the past 24 months, and have never had a bad experience.

7. i won't go into detail about the rest of the bad experiences we had in our 2 night stay at the hyatt because it would take too long, but i will summarize them for you weary travelers: - charging $10 per day for wireless internet when you host major business conferences at your hotel? fail #4.
