1. I stay at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque many times a year for business and am never disappointed.

4. At first I was disappointed not to see a coffee maker in the room, but they brought one up immediately upon request (there's a sign letting guests know they can make such requests).

8. I would highly recommend the hotel to any individual or family that is looking for a great place to stay that also has many options for dining and entertainment near by, I have yet to be disappointed and the new restuarant is a wonderful place to dine.

Minuses:Our main disappointments were regarding the condition of the rooms, not meeting the pre-arranged and agreed upon terms of our stay (which should have been minimal but they chose to quibble), difficulty finding our way (more on this later), no free internet and the inabilty to get room service for lunch though lunch items are included on the menu.

10. One minor irritation was the fact that they didn't sell (or lend) adapter plugs for overseas guests (so I could use my laptop and recharge phone etc) this was disappointing given that I was a delegate at a major convention held at the hotel every year.
