1. It's also right next to Interstate 40; I thought noise would be a problem, but thankfully it wasn't.
"Clean, Quiet, Great Deal " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
2. Yes, it is near the interstate, but our room was on the top floor looking out over the pool, and there was very little road noise.
"Decent rooms, good rates " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/12/2012 Vote
3. Despite the hotel being full, we heard NO noise from either side or above us.
"A great value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/31/2011 Vote
4. We didn't need heat or a/c, so I can't comment on the noise.

5. The freeway was somewhat noisy, but with our air conditioner at full blast we were able to cancel out the noise.
"Ok for an overnight stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/21/2011 Vote
6. Mainly because we were right next to the Interstate exit and had to keep curtains closed so as to hopefully keep out a bit more noise and keep in a bit more privacy (i know that during the day cars are not slowing down to try to see into the rooms but tell that to my hubby :D).
"Not my ideal view when paying this price. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/5/2011 Vote
7. There was a good alarm clock that had a line in for iPods etc, plus various white noise settings such as 'beach' or 'rain' - this was a nice bonus to combat the traffic noise.
"Walking distance to museums and Old Town " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
8. I don't think the noise would be noticeable in any rooms except the ones right on the end of the building.

9. This brings up the one thing you need to watch out for - the northern end of the hotel backs up against an I-40 overpass and if you're in an end room (like the one I was in, room 409) you will hear traffic noise all night.
"Walking distance to museums and Old Town " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
10. Our room faced I-40, but the noise was really not a factor.
