1. My one real complaint is that their wi-fi has some idiotic nanny program on it that decided Flickr was an illegal file-sharing site, and other perfectly innocuous sites which hadn't passed some sort of review required you to agree to a dopey disclaimer before it let you access them.

2. That alone cost this Best Western one mark, Of course, I complaint and they moved me to another room but since this person at the front desk was all by herself, she can't get me to another room so I had to return back to the front desk to get a new key.
