3. There is plenty of free parking, an excellent winery/restaurant just outside the front door (go there because the hotel restaurant food was overpriced and forgettable) and Old Town is about a 15 minute walk, however the walk is on a busy, dirty road.

4. The rooms are nicely furnished with plenty of hanging space for clothes and two folding luggage stands, so you do not need to dirty the bed with luggage.
