1. No free internet, no free phone, they don`t call cab for you, no safe for money/valuables, no central place to sit, some desk clerks were apathetic or rude, others were excellent.

2. The security guard that mans the front door was not friendly and actually quite rude when we arrived - given the hotel`s location there is limited parking for arrivals - thus, we were quickly told that we had to move our vehicle even though we were guests.
