1. The only thing to slightly complain about is the missing in-room safe deposit box, the receptionist is however happy to take passports and other documents to be stored in hotel's safe, will not take cash though.

2. When I called the hotel the following day to complain, they did nothing for me but offer a weak "sorry" and offered to forward my complaint to management.

3. When we complained to the front desk about this, they merely said we should have opened the mirrored cabinet on the wall.
