There is a parking garage below (an annoying $27) but if you've ever circled this part of the city looking for parking you'll pay it and think nothing more while enjoying a sidewalk meal and trying to interpret exchanges in Italian between octogenarians then sipping your second dark and stormy while (re?)reading Howl at Vesuvio then strolling mere steps back to your room.

3. The street noise can be annoying at times - but, location is very convenient to Chinatown and North Beach.
