1. As soon as I mentioned the company I used to book the room, the rude manager of the hotel, Nando, knew exactly what went wrong and it seemed they had this instance happen many times.

5. I had booked the room online and they tried to convince me that I must of pressed the confirmation button twice, which I didn`t and even if I had done that, wouldn`t the hotel realize if an order was placed multiple times that something must be wrong with that picture.

7. Nothing to complain about at all really, the parking could be a problem if you arrive at the wrong time (we saw quite a bit of double parking over the weekend), but then not many hotels in San Francisco offer free parking.
