1. I had one issues with on line booking third party website for this hotel at one time and the owener was nothing but accomadating to resolving these issues.

3. The search company refunded my money, but when trying to resolve this issue with the lady on reception, Om My god, she just wanted to argue.

4. The woman at the front desk was very warm and helpful, the room was comfortable and we didn't have issues with hearing traffic at all.
