1. The carpet and one small chair that they managed to squeeze in the room was horribly stained and so filthy that my wife was afraid to sit on it.

4. We got a 'suite' on the top level (the street noise was horrible), but it was just a regular room for handicapped (with a larger empty spot in the bathroom for a wheelchair).
