4. He answered the phone with 'what' and the worst experience was when we asked if they had safety deposit boxes he said yes but when we went to the reception with our valuables it was clear he was just going to put them in the back room which was where the whole family lived.

5. This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in for a number of reasons, firstly the noise from the traffic all through the night meant that we could not sleep for our 3 night stay, we had to buy ear plugs and even with those in, we were woken around 5 am every day as the traffic started.
