1. The receptionist was completely ignorant with respect to our situation, did not give us any helpful information and became increasingly unfriendly within seconds.

2. the place was easy to find, reception is dull and lifeless, reception staff was not exactly unfriendly but certainly lacking welcoming and helpful attitude, we weren`t given any maps or offers about tours etc.
