5. When a transaction is clearly implied and not honored so that another party can be charged a higher amount, that is essentially a bait-and-switch tactic which caters to the hotel's interests at the expense of the customer.

6. Considering prices near Fisherman's Wharf & the Marina are expensive, the room was a deal -- large, clean room, free parking (big plus in the SF), and free internet (but had poor connection in my room that was not resolved while staying there).
