7. When I checked out, I told them that they had a bed bug problem and gave the person the cup with the live bed bug in it.

8. The problem was that you could hear noise from the room above us (we were on the second floor) and as people walked by the room you could hear them very clearly (all rooms were the kind that face outside and open to outside.

10. Had a bit of a problem with my credit card getting charged twice, the staff were quite unhelpful and flat out denied it could have happened - it`s sorted out now.
