1. Even though the price is fair but my two-girls and I had the following negative experiences while we were staying at Cathedral Hill Hotel: (1) the shower is broken - switch was stuck and can only take bath; (2) only one little trash can in a family sized room and there is no trash can can be found in the entire hall way or floor; (3) the room is clean but the hall way smells terrible and needs maintenance(walls and carpet); (4) cleaning serves personnel did not provide us with bathroom toilet paper (for the family/3 people size room) and I had to ask the front desk for it; (4) the room Temperature was not controlled by the guest but the hotel, and there is no window can be opened when we feel too warm.
