1. Whereas it may border areas to avoid around Ellis and Eddy streets if you stay to Geary Street and northwards it is fine.

9. The room had dirty carpets, curtains and walls and non existant air conditioning, we were warned to only go down suttar road for our own safety and to avoid Tenderloin area which it borders.
