3. although the neighbourhood is full of bums (though most leave you alone if you mind your own business, some don't - this didn't bother me that much but I can imagine someone could feel a bit uncomfortable)- No air conditioning (the ceiling fan doesn't really help)- The walls are pretty thin, so you'll hear the neighbours and (depending on where your room is) possibly also the traffic- Really slow wi-fi (even in the lobby).
