3. Recently returned from a wonderful trip with my family, staying in some nice areas of california, but i can say this was not one of them, San Francisco itself was superb, but the so called hotel left a lot to be desired, We felt it was in a really bad area of the city which i was warned to aviod at all costs by people who live in SF, The only way to get anywhere safe was by cabs, as it really isn't safe to be walking in this area, please do not go to this area if you have young children my daughter is 10 and was scared, to the point she didnt want to leave the room because it is such a rough area, ther are nicer places to stay you would be wise to spend your money else where .
