1. As far as the homeless population, the sad reality is that there are homeless people in many areas of the city and in most highly populated cities.

2. I always had to walk passed homeless, drunk or drugged down and outs in close proximity to the hotel whatever the time of day BUT this seemed to be a sad reflection on San Francisco as a whole.
