5. Only other little complaint which was as much Pepsi's problem is over half the vending machines wouldn't accept dollars (with a vending price of $ 2 that's a lot of change to have for a family of four).

6. Hotel staff were efficient and helpful at all times, only major problem during our stay was trying to get our room key to operate within the lift (front desk took a few hours to sort this out for us so we had to use the stairs).

7. We mentioned it to the front desk as we were leaving one morning, and when we returned that afternoon, the problem had been fixed and the maintenance staff had left a chocolate hammer on our sink, wrapped in cellophane with a 'sorry for the inconvenience' tag attached.

8. We had been concerned about the noise problems mentioned by others on Trip Advisor so emailed the hotel before our stay and they assured us that they would take care of our concerns by allocating a room where this would not be a problem.
