1. Also, be aware that there are homeless everywhere in this city of 700,000 so if that is disturbing to you, then best plan a vacation somewhere else.

3. There was some room-to-room noise but I think we were lucky to have quiet neighbours and we kept the air-con fan on so weren't disturbed.

4. We did not complain about the expanding pipes (?) noise (should have for future guests comfort) but the noise was periodic and did disturb our sleep, right after the traffic noise (car horns at an intersection) woke up.
