1. Our room was on the 6th floor facing the street and the noise was pretty audible but we got used to it (this was the end of a long trip across america and we were used to street noise by now anyway) The noise didn't wake us up or prevent us from sleeping in any way so it wasn't an issue for us and its the trade off that you make for the location.

2. There is NO FREE INTERNET and the staff is pretty unhelpful at dealing with any issue you may have.

3. The bed was comfortable and there was only one day out of a 5 night stay our room was mysteriously not made up - but the hotel receptionist dealt with this issue very well.

9. It is right on powell st, which is always loud at hours of the night, and if you have trouble sleeping it might be a problem, but it wasn't an issue at all for me.

When we addressed this with the reception staff they were very helpful and tried to find us another room at the rear, but as we needed a room for 3 this wasn't possible (all rooms at the rear of the hotel are smaller rooms) the issue was resolved when they presented us with a large portable fan for our room - this helped make the room much more bearable.
