3. I think this is unacceptable at a 'luxury' hotel, especially in SF, and especially when wifi is not free (except in the lobby).

5. Like all JW Marriott they charge for internet - which in my eyes is simply unacceptable in this day and age - especially since the 'lesser' hotels (including Marriott, Marriott Courtyard, etc) all give it for free.
