3. The exact dates that we were looking for were not immediately available, so Omar spent 10 minutes with me on the phone, made a number of moves in the reservation system, got our reservation booked, and was able to get two rooms next to each other.

6. It's a small hotel, it has quite a narrow and dated look as you walk around but all that quickly fades away when you get into the rooms.

9. The cons: small, dark passage ways, old tiny reception and old creaky lift, tiny room and bathroom and quite dated; breakfast was dreadful (why is it so hard to get fruit?) and the internet connection was slower than in Africa.
