1. Our only negative was that the heating system was quite loud when heating up in the early mornings and that the building was very hot, however the windows do open and we were very comfortable.

2. The TV didn't get cable just local channels so I missed watching CNN and the biggest negative was that it was about 30 degrees outside and about 130 degrees in the room.
