1. careless staff who lie to you about fixing room issues, staff have a dodgy feel about them and their motto is close enough is good enough,Room - tiny, many defects: TV broken, air conditioner ineffective, blinds damaged, stove top broken, microwave broken.

2. Since the price was so affordable, we didn't mind that the place didn't have many common hotel services and were willing to look past its issues.

3. The only major issue we had with the apartment was that the top pane of one of the bedroom windows wouldn't stay shut.

4. Since it was a fairly short stay and my family and I clean up after ourselves well, we had no issues with not having a maid clean our room every night.

5. (but it's a major issue in the old ny apartments I guess, I remember when I was living in Soho, my heater did make same kinda noise) BUT IT WAS A QUIET ROOM.

7. tried to call the service center, they said they were trying, but he is not in the same city, so he can do nothing and he didnt know when the issue will be fixed.
