3. broken lamp broken blinds needs some desperate renos and the receptionist didn't even welcome us on arrival and didn't seem to know much about anything.

4. * The closet that contained the heating/cooling machinery was in a closet in a bedroom and not only was unlocked/accessible, but had the remnants of where a latch/lock formerly had been but had fallen or been broken off.

6. But, it's a little on the dodgy side: the bed was uncomfortable, the turntable in the microwave didn't work, the 2 bar stools were broken and couldn't be sat on, and there was no hot water for most of 1 of the days.

7. careless staff who lie to you about fixing room issues, staff have a dodgy feel about them and their motto is close enough is good enough,Room - tiny, many defects: TV broken, air conditioner ineffective, blinds damaged, stove top broken, microwave broken.

8. The bathrooms need a major renovation as mold, mildew were all over the shower, the curtain rod was broken, and water leaked onto the floor.
