1. careless staff who lie to you about fixing room issues, staff have a dodgy feel about them and their motto is close enough is good enough,Room - tiny, many defects: TV broken, air conditioner ineffective, blinds damaged, stove top broken, microwave broken.

4. Also the reception desk told me they were going to put a hold on my credit card for damages that would be released in about a month???? I didn't like that either.
