1. Reception was very helpful and fixed the problem immediately.

2. The other did have mildew in the corner of one bathroom under the sink but since I would have had to crawl down on the floor and stretch under the sink to even touch it which I did not do it wasn't a problem.

9. They transferred us to another room, which had the same problem, but the water bubble was smaller so you could avoid standing on it.
