UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN ALL MY TRIPS TO MIAMI, starting from the front desk clerk that were young girls with a bad behaivior the bell boy did not help me with the baggages and the room was in awful shape; the A/C sounds like a truck, the carpet was dirty, the room smellS humidity and so on.
