2. The bed was hard and the other guests were broke children, excuse me, college students who needed somewhere to crash but I have to say that hotel security was diligent about putting them out for violating occupany number in the rooms.

3. Or, even if you're not broke you've waited too long to book at the Delano, Sagamore or the W hotel and missed out on a good rate so you're left with the Days Inn South Beach, which is next to door to the W hotel, btw.

5. The elevator broke twice, the halls smelled of cat urine, we found long black hairs in our bed and on our towels, there were crowbar marks on the doors and the bathtub and toilet had a thick layer of scum.
