1. While there was nothing beat up enough to be disgusting, there's some 'rough around the edges' elements that need to be taken care of -- baseboards and door frames that are chipped, a couple of wood surfaces on the furniture in the room that are starting to peel, etc.

2. The only one thing we complained about was the extremely cold temperature they keep the lobby and hallways at (around 55 - 60 F) and the bath towels (to thin and rough).
