1. Only issues are no view unless you choose a city view and you will need patience with the elevators.

2. Room service charges were quite hefty and there was no coffee pot in the room, but they do serve complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning so that wasn't too much of an issue.

5. But the Conrad is on the Magnificient Mile of Chicago with hundreds of terrific restaurants within walking distance, so that's absolutely not an issue.

8. We were upgraded to a corner room which unfortunately was very close to where the hotel bar patrons gathered so at times it was noisy but a minor issue.
