The horrible sleep experience we had was driven by two
problem
s: (1) the MOST uncomfortable, cheap mattress I've encountered at a hotel in a LONG time (and I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year), and (2) cheap, threadbare linens.

problem
in Downtown Chicago) but where service was mediocre.
