1. We enjoyed our stay and encountered no issues other than the maid dropped my wife's makeup mirror while cleaning and placed it back on the counter in pieces like nothing happened.

4. Any questions we had were answered and therefore, I certainly had no issues with service in the hotel.

9. Arrived Saturday, March 13 at noon and were allowed to check in early with no issue, the only delay was the front desk person spent a few extra minutes trying to match a room to my request online (high floor, corner).
