1. My only negative comment would be that the bathrooms are a bit dated.

2. The only negatives I found were the bath towels were a little rough, the window seat was a little high for us short people (maybe a pretty step stool?) and the coffee was in the lobby, forcing me to get dressed and see other people before I really wanted to.

9. We didnt have turndown service on any night of our stay (slight negative) but the manager did send a personal welcome note & complimentary champagne for my daughter's birthday--a nice touch.
