2. My suggestion: offer coffee til at least noon, dump the proffered but ignored apples and oranges, and put out a modest tray of breakfast carbs (rolls, muffins, breads).

3. While the front desk staff was always cheerful, we did encounter a few minor glitches - sporadic delivery of the daily newspaper, a two day wait before our goldfish arrived, and requests for more glasses and towels were repeatedly ignored by the housekeeping staff.
