1. It was obvious that it is an issue as the stairs to our tub had been cracked as the door barely cleared the stairs.

2. In the end, this Kimpton InTouch guest got stuck with a $1,000 bill for parking at this Kimpton property: an almost $500 paint scrape on top of a $48/per day parking fee, rental car expenses, several hours of lost time in dealing with the issue, and one gigantic headache.

9. I was quite concerned when looking for places to stay about the 'B e d b u g issue'.

10. One other issue - the hotel is 1/2 block from one of the corners of the 'Loop' elevated rail station, and at night you can hear the squealing when the trains come around the curve.
