1. the staff responded very unfriendly, said that it wasn't their fault, they didn't know that there will be construction (it as there when we checked in in the afternoon), and they could only change our room if there is another room available.

3. The reception staff were varied, one shift the receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant but on the following shift the receptionist was rather unfriendly, unhelpful and aloof.
