The
tiny
kitchen was all we needed for occasional snacks and breakfast, and having a separate bedroom and living area was great especially when friends came to call.

This is not a luxury property but certainly is not a motel 8 , the rooms are extremely clean but if space is factor head here yes there is no spa bath or dish washer in the kitchen but i would rather be here than at the hilton across the road where we spied on the residents in their
tiny
rooms with no facilities lol.

The bathroom was old and
tiny
, and the caulking was in need of repair -- it just seemed dirty to us.
"Great location - but defintely not a boutique hotel, as advertised! "

We even found two good coffee shops nearby - one in the Meridian Hotel and the other, a
tiny
Italian style hole in the wall, in 6th street just around the corner.
"Great location and room size, needs some attention, but good value for the price "

Very outdated, very creepy, broken tiles,
tiny
toilet, really, it was so awful I feel like words aren't enough to describe it.

The only
tiny
glitch, a coffee maker that didn't work (not the hotel's fault).

The bedroom, where you end up spending most of your time was
tiny
, stinky and the bed was literally falling apart.

Although we always had plenty of hot water the bathrooms are
tiny
for a two roomed apartment decorated with old fashioned white tiles , white laminate fixtures and dirty grouting around the the bath.

how do I know this? Because there was a
tiny
hole in the sheet, and unless EVERY set of sheets had a hole in the exact same spot, she didn`t bother to change them once.
"Okay, but not worth the Bucks "

The bathroom is very
tiny
, but everything worked well, including the fabulous water pressure and endless hot water heater that was a real departure from our 'green' fixtures at home.
